Hi, I'm Aveni-Cherie
For over 20 years I have walked the path of healing, study, and service. My work is rooted in Arcturian lineage, a devotion to integrity in the healing arts, and a PhD journey in Quantum Medicine.
Master Your Light was born from my own rapid awakening in 2012 — and from the profound gaps I discovered along the way. What I found in those gaps became the foundation of everything I teach.

When Nerida joined Master Your Light in 2024, she was mid-awakening... feeling the call to go deeper, to understand herself more fully, to connect with the intelligence of her own body and energy system in a new way.
What she found inside the work was a profound shift in how she understood herself. Through the chakra teachings, she began to see her energy body clearly... the patterns held within it, the wisdom available through it, and the extraordinary capacity her body had to heal itself when she truly learned how to listen.
Then, partway through the journey, she received a diagnosis of stage 4 metastatic breast cancer.
What happened next is something Nerida speaks about with quiet power. The tools she had been building inside Master Your Light became her foundation. Her understanding of her chakras, her deepened connection to her own inner wisdom, her new way of caring for herself... all of it held her steady through one of the greatest challenges a woman can face.
She did not walk that road alone. And she did not walk it without her own power.

What if, I cant make each session?
No problems at all!
All sessions will be recorded and you can have access to them after each session. They will be posted in the MYL Members Portal - thread within the LHS community or emailed directly to you.
When are my Journey-books used for?
You will receive 4 different Journey-books to use throughout our sessions together and also in your own free time between sessions. I invite you to set time aside to connect with it, create a sacred space where you can be fully present with it. As your alchemy journey of the inner Phoenixes and Ascended Mastery expands further through the sacred tools of light language in the design of your Journey-books.
I didn't recieve my journey-book?
If you haven't received your journey-book by the time we start the first session. Please contact us and we will get it to you straight away.
Where will the sessions be held?
All sessions are online via ZOOM CHAMBER and a this link will be used for the entire 12-month journey. Downloading the Zoom app, prior is advised and saving it to your calendar ensures you dont miss out, also declares a commitment to yourself, your expansion and the collective journey.
What is the Members Group for?
MYL MEMBERS PORTAL - THREAD WITHIN LHS (Luminous Heart Squad Community)
A small private thread where you can share, learn, master and accelerate your journey with fellow MYL tribe.

How do I access the previous session?

Can I take the journey more than once?
Most defiantly. Each group of sessions has the basic information of the lower three chakras with a unique flow and connection that is channelled. As you journey through the rise of the inner phoenix, more is revealed, healed and activated. I liken this to the beauty of the Lotus - forever unfolding the petals of experiences and life lessons.
What is the MYL Members Portal?
This is a space where we connect outside of Social Media platform for grace, ease and integrity of the frequency. This is where all recordings and access to all materials for the journey will be held.
