When our chakras and vital lifeforce energy are blocked, entangled in stories, depleted or misaligned, and out of balance, they can reflect this...
When the heart is blocked, stagnant, or disconnected, it will show in the form of heart-walls, barriers, deep sadness, a loss of interest in life and self, feeling wounded by life's experiences, and being pulled down into the Victim/Drama Triangle. Ultimately, a loss of love and enjoyment in life = Poor Health.
When the throat is blocked, clogged, or out of alignment, we feel unheard, disrespected, or we can hold back and swallow our truth to keep the peace. It also shows up as screaming to be heard, not listening or paying attention to another, not expressing one's soul's truth, or feeling blocked with our creative expression.
When the third eye and crown are blocked, disconnected or out of alignment, we feel a sense of being brain-wiped, mind-controlled, exhausted, confused about our self-knowing, truth, or trust. We feel unclear and can get caught in spiritually bypassing experiences that don't align with our truth or values, or we feel absolutely drained and foggy when around others. It also shows up as an inability to see patterns in life experiences.
Physical pain or discomfort, feeling unclear, uncertain, distracted from BE-ing in solitude and conscious connection with the body, living in fear and worse case scenario, with safety, security, and survival are the basic indicators. Another powerful message that this chakra offers when it's out of balance is getting caught in the victim triangle cycle.
Experiencing blame, guilt and shame, poor boundaries, addictions—especially sex addictions. It's also strongly linked to how we love and nourish our beloved temple (body). The right to feel, to express, and understand one's emotions, needs, and wants.
When the crown is blocked, disconnected, or out of alignment, we feel a sense of being separated, lost, empty, searching for more, mind chatter, scattered, and driven by the mind. Depression is a major key indicator here.
Experiencing loss of control that overrides our clear focus, vision, and perspective. We can become over-controlling of others and situations or feel a deep sense of loss of power.. We begin by exploring the traditional meaning of the lower three chakras and the upper six chakras, along with the Earth Star and Soul Star chakras. From here, you will dive deeply into their energetic entanglements — the limiting beliefs, old stories, inherited patterns, and emotional imprints that have shaped your inner world and influenced your vitality, clarity, and life experiences. You will learn to recognise how physical symptoms are messages from your energy-body, guiding you toward what is ready to be healed, released, and alchemised. What if, I cant make each session?
No problems at all!
All sessions will be recorded and you can have access to them after each session. They will be posted in the member's group or emailed directly to you.
When are my Journey-books used for?
You will receive 3 different Journey-books to use throughout our sessions together and also in your own free time between sessions. I invite you to set time aside to connect with it, create a sacred space where you can be fully present with it. As your alchemy journey of the inner Phoenixes and Ascended Mastery expands further through the sacred tools of light language in the design of your Journey-books.
I didn't recieve my journey-book?
If you haven't received your journey-book by the time we start the first session. Please contact us and we will get it to you straight away.
Where will the sessions be held?
All sessions are online via ZOOM and a special link will be created for each new group of sessions. Downloading the zoom app, prior is advised.
What is the Members Group for?
ASCENDED SOULMASTERY MENTORSHIP COMMUNITY FACEBOOK PRIVATE GROUP -
A small private group where you can share, learn, master and accelerate your journey with fellow soulmastery alchemist's.

Can I take the journey more than once?
Most defiantly. Each group of sessions has the basic information of the lower three chakras with a unique flow and connection that is channelled. As you journey through the rise of the inner phoenix, more is revealed, healed and activated. I liken this to the beauty of the Lotus - forever unfolding the petals of experiences and life lessons.
What is the Membership Portal?
This is a space where we connect outside of Social Media platform for grace and ease for all recordings and accessing other sessions or info relating to your program.
